HELP!!!!
Answers to some of the more common
situations that arise.
These are in no particular order and are added to all the time.

DESKS
- Q12
/ Q24 will not keep scene or chase programs.
Perform a Master Reset by:- 1.)Removing the power to the
unit 2.)Holding down the flash button for channel 8
whilst re-applying the power. This will reset the
microprocessor and clear the memory of any corrupt data.
POWER PACKS
- Power
pack channel is on all the time, even when there is no
signal input.
Ensure there is no standby memory function enabled or
pre-heat set. If not the triac may have been damaged and
is now a short circuit and passing current to that
channel at all times.
